Job Description – Field Marketing Executive (Male)

(Field + Remote Coordination)

Location: Chandigarh (Field & Remote / Hybrid)
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers are welcome)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Work Mode:

• Hybrid / Partially Remote
• Field visits for client meetings and site surveys
• Remote work for lead follow-ups, reporting, coordination, and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field marketing and client visits to promote STP, WTP, ETP, and RO plant solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and commercial sectors.
• Generate leads through site visits, calls, emails, and online inquiries.
• Follow up with clients remotely for discussions, proposals, and negotiations.
• Prepare quotations/offers and assist in order finalization.
• Coordinate with technical and service teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Male candidate with own bike (mandatory for field visits).
• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup when required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel locally within Chandigarh / Tricity (Mohali, Panchkula).
