Marketing Executive-Interior Divison

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Marketing Executive for our Interior & Fit-Out Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outdoor client visits, generating new leads, promoting company services, and supporting sales activities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outdoor visits to contractors, consultants, developers, and potential clients.
• Identify and approach new clients for interior, joinery, and fit-out projects.
• Present company profile, services, and project references directly to prospects.
• Scout the market for active and upcoming interior/fit-out opportunities.
• Collect project details and share with estimation/design teams.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate, and support closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and visit targets.
• Prepare weekly visit and performance reports.

Requirements

• UAE Driving License (Mandatory) – must be able to travel for daily client visits.
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in Interior, Fit-Out, Joinery, or Construction sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE market and project hunting.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Presentable, confident, and proactive in outdoor sales.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
