Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage lead generation campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  • Develop A/B tests and optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies for maximum performance.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics, ensuring campaigns are optimized for CPL (Cost per Lead) and conversion rates.
  • Analyze and report campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI maximization.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience at least in running and optimizing lead generation campaigns (agency or in-house).
  • Proven track record of achieving lead targets through paid media channels.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work onsite during standard daytime hours.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads (preferred but not mandatory)
