Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage lead generation campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Develop A/B tests and optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies for maximum performance.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
- Monitor daily performance metrics, ensuring campaigns are optimized for CPL (Cost per Lead) and conversion rates.
- Analyze and report campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.
- Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI maximization.
- Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience at least in running and optimizing lead generation campaigns (agency or in-house).
- Proven track record of achieving lead targets through paid media channels.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Tag Manager, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work onsite during standard daytime hours.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads (preferred but not mandatory)
