Work Location: Nilambur, Malappuram (Backend Office)
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business for ocean/air freight and logistics services.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Meet sales targets and prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing.
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service for smooth shipment handling.
- Provide regular sales reports and maintain CRM records.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience in shipping/freight forwarding .
- Strong knowledge of ocean freight, Incoterms, and logistics operations.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
