Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all social media accounts of the brand.

Track customers’ comments and direct any complaints to relevant team members.

Develop engaging and creative content for regularly scheduled posts to attract an audience and promote brand-focused messages.

Coordinate social media messages with advertising departments in alignment with company goals.

Audit and analyze social media presence, including advertising costs & returns.

Analyze social media campaigns with tracking system to efficacy and areas for improvements.

Assist the operation department during the launches of new products, and events.

Assist in activating & improving brand awareness amongst target customers segments.
Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in marketing / business administration or related field.
Experience
-
Years of Experience: 2- 5 Years in similar role.

Field of Experience : Experience in Marketing & social media.
Skills:
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English.

Customer service and interpersonal skills

Extensive knowledge of social media platforms

Computer software proficiency

Flexibility working with tight schedules and weekends

Proficiency with content creation and planning
