Roles & responsibilities:
As a Marketing Executive in the Growth Team, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of marketing and growth initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:
Digital Marketing Support

Assist the digital marketing team in setting up campaigns across platforms (Facebook,Google, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).

Share deep links, ensure campaign tracking, and coordinate on approvals.

Support in raising invoices and ensuring alignment with accounting/finance processes.
Marketing Spend Tracking

Maintain and update the marketing spend sheet.
-
Track day-to-day spends vs. targets, flagging variances early.

Ensure alignment with planned budgets and ROI expectations.
Coupons & Discounts Management

Configure coupons, discounts, and offers as per growth objectives.

Monitor campaign burn vs. targeted ROI (“goodness”) on dashboards.

Collaborate with the Growth Manager to optimize promos for maximum impact.
Customer Insights & Competitive Research

Conduct quick research on the competitor landscape (new launches, campaigns, promotions).

Highlight opportunities where Minutes can capitalize or differentiate.

Support Growth Team with data points for decision-making.
Ad-hoc Growth Initiatives

Work with the Growth Team on special projects, experiments, and launches.

Ensure seamless execution of tactical campaigns and marketing sprints.
What you'll need:

Bachelor’s Degree
-
0–2 years of experience in marketing, growth, or digital execution.

Prior experience as Marketing Executive / Growth Executive / Marketing Specialist in a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred.

Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and comfort with numbers/spreadsheets.

A self-starter mindset, eager to learn and grow in a high-velocity business environment.
