Job Title: Marketing Executive – Pest Control Services (PCS)

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and confident Marketing Executive to promote our Pest Control Services (PCS) through traditional marketing methods. The role involves spreading awareness about our services through physical marketing materials (such as flyers, brochures, pamphlets) and directly connecting with potential clients like Facility Managers for hotels, hospitals, residential societies, and individual households.

The ideal candidate should be approachable, have strong communication skills in Hindi, Kannada and English, and be able to handle clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote pest control services through traditional and direct marketing activities.
• Distribute printed materials (flyers, pamphlets, brochures) in target areas.
• Identify and approach potential clients such as hotels, hospitals, offices, and households.
• Build and maintain good client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Explain service details clearly and handle client queries confidently.
• Achieve assigned sales and outreach targets.
• Submit daily reports on visits and client feedback to the management team.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or Graduate (preferred).
• Must be fluent in Kannada and English (knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convince and engage clients effectively.
• Must be comfortable with fieldwork and travelling locally.
• Prior experience in sales or field marketing will be an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits:

Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives based on performance.[ Upto 40k-50k ]

Travel Allowance will be provided.

Opportunity to grow within the company based on performance.

Working Days: 6 days a week

Timing: 9 am- 6 pm
