Marketing Executive - Ralph Lauren - UAEN

We are seeking a poised and detail-driven Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to the elevation of our brand presence and storytelling. This role is instrumental in bringing our collections and campaigns to life across touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and inspiring brand experience for our clientele. The Marketing Executive position is responsible for executing engaging initiatives with a focus on in-store activations, gifting strategy, event coordination, clienteling support and partnerships across the region to meet brand standards and commercial goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience & Gifting

  • Coordinate and execute client gifting initiatives across markets in line with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure timely and consistent gifting activations around key annual occasions (e.g., Ramadan, Eid, National Days, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas).
  • Distribute personalized clienteling tools and monthly look books to stores to support client engagement.


Events & Commercial Activations

  • Plan and implement in-store events and activations to support client engagement and sales growth.
  • Manage end-to-end event coordination including planning, supplier management, logistics, and reporting.
  • Partner with retail teams to align activations with commercial targets.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs including attendance, sales uplift, client conversion, and acquisition.
  • Support the Marketing team on all large scale elevated events.


Partnerships & Regional Visibility

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders such as malls, concierge services, loyalty programs, hotels etc.
  • Support co-branded initiatives that enhance brand visibility and client acquisition.
  • Identify opportunities to secure new partnerships annually in line with regional objectives.
  • Prepare social media calendars on a bi-monthly basis and other collaterals to share with partners.
  • Support performance tracking and reporting to optimize campaign effectiveness.


Marketing Coordination & Administrative Support

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of marketing calendars and plans.
  • Manage marketing assets, vendor processes, invoices, payments and budget tracking in compliance with internal procedures.
  • Extract customer databases on a monthly basis, complete tracking and performance reports on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare store survey reports and dashboards.
  • Provide support on operational and administrative tasks as required.


Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
  • UAE National with the family book.
  • 2–3 years of experience in brand marketing experience for a luxury or fashion brand.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Clear communication, multi-tasking and organizational abilities.
  • Commercially and ROI aware with a client-first mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends in line with business and event needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM, Canva, Photoshop and Salesforce.
