- Strategy development: Create and implement 360-degree marketing strategies for real estate projects.
- Market research: Analyze market trends, identify target audiences, and understand consumer needs to inform marketing decisions.
- Campaign management: Design, execute, and manage various marketing campaigns, including both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) initiatives.
- Digital marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts such as social media, website content and maintenance, and online advertising to enhance brand visibility.
- Branding and communication: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and manage project branding and communication.
- Sales collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and optimize lead conversion.
- Coordination: Coordinate with external agencies, legal, financial, and other internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Reporting and analysis: Track marketing performance and analyze data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
