Job Description

Square Deal Real Estate is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive with real estate experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and supporting property marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in marketing (Real Estate experience required)
• Strong knowledge of social media management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Skilled in content creation for digital platforms
• Experience in photo & video editing
• Ability to shoot and produce marketing videos for property listings
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company social media accounts
• Create engaging posts, reels, and property marketing content
• Edit photos and videos for listings and promotional campaigns
• Coordinate with the sales team to promote available properties
• Develop marketing ideas to increase leads and brand awareness

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, or similar editing software
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
