Job Title: Lead Generation Executive (Insurance & HealthTech)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads for insurance companies in India and GCC through research, networking, and digital outreach.
• Develop and execute lead-generation strategies to connect with key decision-makers in the insurance sector.
• Engage potential clients via LinkedIn, cold emails, and calls—building relationships and understanding business needs.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the Business Development team.
• Maintain and update lead databases, tracking interactions and optimizing outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead-generation activities with company goals.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years in lead generation, business development, or sales (preferably in insurance, healthcare, or SaaS).
• Research & Prospecting Skills: Strong strategic and data-driven approach.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills with ability to nurture potential clients.
• Tools: Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn, and email outreach platforms (preferred).
• Work Style: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Pay: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills and experience)
