Job Purpose:

To plan, execute, and monitor marketing and outreach activities that enhance the school’s visibility, reputation, and admissions. The Marketing Executive will play a key role in promoting the school’s academic programs, events, and achievements to prospective parents, students, and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Admissions & Outreach
  • Support the admissions team in achieving student enrolment targets.
  • Conduct school visits, parent interactions, and educational fairs to promote the institution.
  • Generate and follow up on leads from various sources (online, referrals, events, etc.).
  • Marketing & Branding
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns (print, digital, outdoor).
  • Coordinate the design and distribution of brochures, banners, posters, and promotional materials.
  • Manage social media pages and ensure regular content updates aligned with the school’s brand.
  • Event Management
  • Organize promotional events, open houses, orientation programs, and community outreach activities.
  • Collaborate with academic teams for coverage and promotion of school events.
  • Public Relations
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, media, and local organizations.
  • Prepare press releases and coordinate media coverage when required.
  • Market Research & Reporting
  • Collect and analyze market data, competitor information, and admission trends.
  • Submit weekly/monthly marketing reports and performance updates to management.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing (preferably in the education sector).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop – optional).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
