Marketing Executive – Social Media, Ads & Viral Content Strategy

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing executive to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role focuses on building strong social media communities, running high-performing paid advertising campaigns, and developing viral content strategies.

The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, audience psychology, engagement strategies, and performance marketing to scale brands both organically and through paid ads.

Key Responsibilities

Viral Content Creation

• Develop viral content ideas for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Identify trends early and convert them into engaging brand content
• Guide video editors, designers, and content creators
• Ensure consistent high-engagement creative output

Social Media & Community Building

• Manage and grow all social media platforms
• Build and engage active online communities
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience behavior
• Create strategies to increase followers and brand awareness

Paid Advertising Management

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google ad campaigns
• Track performance metrics including ROI, CPA, CTR, and conversions
• Scale successful ad campaigns

Content Strategy & Branding

• Develop monthly content calendars
• Create effective brand storytelling strategies
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms

Team Leadership

• Manage the marketing team including designers, editors, and sales support staff
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams
• Set marketing KPIs and performance goals

Required Skills

• Strong experience in social media marketing
• Proven ability to create viral content
• Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Creative thinking with strong trend awareness
• Team leadership and management skills
• Content strategy and branding expertise
• Excellent communication skills

Experience Required

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media marketing
• Agency or performance marketing experience preferred
• Viral content portfolio is a plus
