What will I be doing?

A Marketing Executive is part of an important team that creates and executes property-level communications to our customers. This role promotes on-brand messaging to customers through all online channels with the goal of presenting the hotel at its best image and strengthening the brand equity in market. Specifically, a Marketing Coordinator will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Assists in creating promotions campaign for food & beverage, Weddings, spa, rooms and conferences
• Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) on social media channels and responds accordingly
• Assist in creating social media relevant content for social media posting purposes, that includes and not limited to live event coverage and stories
• Manage content calendar and grid with agency
• Build hotel website content and its local language sites as well as provide continuous audit and update
• Responsible for OTAs and Metasearch content build out, optimization opportunities along with its related affiliate marketing programs and provides recommendations on best performance ads and competitor insights
• In charge of e-newsletter creation, dispatch and growth of customer database
• In charge of e-proposal, pre-arrival design and execution as per the company’s guideline
• Monitor web analytics, OTA insight reports and internal data sources
• Assist the relevant departments to achieve the revenue targets and related tasks set by the hotel via e-commerce solid tactics
• Maintain consistency in the hotel’s branding across all platforms and materials
• Create marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Previous experience in public relations or marketing.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.

• Photography & videography skills.

• Creative mindset passionate for luxury lifestyle.

• Charismatic personality; with strong networking capabilities.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Previous Hotel or leisure sector experience

• Basic knowledge of budgeting or cost-management

• Relevant degree, in marketing, business development or other relevant business field, from an academic institution
