Job Description: Marketing Staff

Position: Marketing Staff (Female)

Age Preference: 25-35 years (married preferred)

Location: Rangampalayam

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹12,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated, confident, and experienced female marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of marketing experience, strong communication skills, and good computer knowledge. This role involves assisting with marketing campaigns, customer outreach, and day-to-day promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline)
• Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content
• Coordinate with other team members for marketing events / promotions
• Maintain and update customer databases and marketing records
• Communicate with clients / customers, handle inquiries, and provide support
• Collect customer feedback and market data; report to senior management
• Help in researching market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities
• Use computer tools (MS Office, spreadsheets, possibly simple CMS / email) for documentation, reporting, and analysis
• Work on social media or digital marketing tasks (if part of your marketing mix)
• Provide regular status updates on marketing activities

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing (any sector)
• Excellent communication skills — verbal and written
• Proficiency in computers: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is must
• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to interact with customers professionally and politely
• Basic data-entry skills; able to maintain and manage a database
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work in a team
• Personal Attributes (Preferred)
• Married women preferred (as per requirement)
• Age between 25 and 35
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
• Good interpersonal skills
