- Make outbound calls to potential students and explain available courses.
- Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
- Update lead details and status in CRM/Excel on a daily basis.
- Convert enquiries into walk-ins and admissions through effective communication.
- Maintain strong follow-up until the student visits or registers.
- Coordinate with counselors for scheduled appointments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Maintain a professional and polite communication tone with all clients.
