Job Title: Marketing Executive (BDO)

Location: Galaxy Mall Food Street Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad
Job Purpose:
To drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building brand awareness generating quality leads and converting prospects into loyal customers. This dual role position is ideal for professionals who thrive in both analytical and client facing environments.
Detailed Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and decision makers across sectors or regions
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, inbound inquiries, and events
- Conduct client needs analysis and propose tailored solutions
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to maximize profitability and client satisfaction
- Prepare and present commercial proposals quotations and presentations
- Maintain a detailed sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Follow up post sale to ensure service delivery and explore upselling opportunities
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline (Master’s is a plus)
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Canva)
- Data driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on analytics
- Confidence in public speaking and presenting
