Job Summary:
To drive sales and marketing strategies for FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) products, ensuring achievement of sales targets, market expansion, and brand growth. This role requires deep product knowledge, strategic planning, and effective communication to convert leads into successful business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving individual and team sales target for FIBC, BOPP bag business and ensuring optimum order booking for FIBC and BOPP bag.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote BOPP Bags in the FIBC sector.
- Building contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities for FIBC and BOPP laminated woven bags.
- To obtain complete knowledge of product.
- Build and maintain a strong brand presence for BOPP Bag products.
- Define and communicate the unique selling propositions of BOPP Bags within the FIBC market.
- To inform customer for order status/ dispatch plan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- To approach identify customers and convert them in our business.
- Utilize social media, email marketing, and other digital tools to enhance brand visibility.
- To conduct a survey of market for the products like market size, major players.
Qualification & Salary:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Any Stream
- Salary Range : 50K (No bar for the right candidates)
