About Us:

Nativer Private Limited is a fast-growing agritech and home-delivery startup offering farm-fresh milk, groceries, non-veg, and homemade products directly to customers. We are expanding rapidly across Tamil Nadu and looking for energetic field marketing executives to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct direct field marketing in assigned areas to promote Nativer’s products and services.
• Introduce customers to subscription models, offers, and brand benefits.
• Generate new leads and collect accurate customer information.
• Conduct follow-ups with interested leads through calls or in-person visits.
• Classify customers into active, potential, or uninterested categories.
• Maintain proper records of daily leads, visits, and conversions.
• Gather market feedback and share insights with the management team.
• Participate in daily area-wise planning and performance review meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local communities.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or promotions (FMCG or startup experience preferred).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Passion for customer interaction and on-ground sales.
• Basic knowledge of using mobile apps or CRM tools for data entry/reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
