We’re Hiring: Marketing Generalist (Hands-On, Not a Manager)

We’re looking for our 4th team member to accelerate our growth. There is no one to manage and lots of things to get done.

Homesberg is a pricing and ranking intelligence platform for short-term rental operators. We serve customers across nearly a dozen countries.

What you will do?

This is not a corporate marketing manager job. This is a hands-on operator role. You will:

• Produce content (posts, videos, emails, case studies, landing pages)
• Run experiments across multiple channels
• Build and execute campaigns from scratch
• Turn raw data into compelling stories
• Help us grow our global footprint with creativity and speed
• Talk to customers, understand the market, and adapt messaging

Own distribution: LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, YouTube, email, SEO, paid, communities, etc.

Who You Are?

• Know how to communicate simply and clearly - verbal and written
• Proficient in English - verbal and written
• Experienced in SaaS marketing
• Are comfortable with visuals, short videos, and design tools
• Love experimenting and learning
• Are interested in startups, tech, or Airbnb/STR space (big plus)
• Can turn complex data into simple stories
• Enjoy taking ownership
• Want to be part of an early-stage team and grow with us
