Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist

Job Summary

Homes by Josh Doyle is seeking a highly creative and strategic Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to oversee the visual identity and promotional efforts of our custom home builds. This role ensures our brand materials and marketing campaigns maintain the premium quality standards our clients expect. You will be responsible for designing print and digital collateral, managing social media aesthetics, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that tell the story of our award-winning homes.

Graphic Design & Brand Management

• Visual Asset Creation: Design premium marketing materials including brochures, custom home look-books, community signage, and digital assets.
• Brand Integrity: Ensure all visual and written content strictly adheres to the HbJD standard and maintains a consistent, high-end aesthetic across all platforms.
• Presentation Materials: Enhance and format floor plans, renderings, and presentation boards for client meetings and Open Houses.

Marketing & Content Strategy

• Campaign Execution: Assist in planning, launching, and managing marketing campaigns across print, email, and social media channels.
• Content Creation: Capture, curate, and edit photos and videos of ongoing builds, finished custom homes, Open Houses, and client testimonials.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Interior and Architectural Design teams to ensure creative assets align with digital ad strategies and accurately reflect our builds.

Team Support & Operations

• Cross-Functional Support: Display a willingness to go above and beyond by helping with marketing events, Open Houses, and other areas of the business as needed.
• Process Improvement: Continuously look for ways to elevate our marketing materials and streamline the creative process.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-3+ years of proven experience in graphic design and marketing (experience in real estate, architecture, or construction marketing is a strong plus).
• Software Mastery: Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). Experience with video editing software and email marketing platforms is preferred.
• AI Proficiency: Must be highly skilled with the use of AI tools for marketing, content generation, and design to enhance creativity and streamline production.
• Mindset: A great attitude, proactive work ethic, and a team-player mentality.
• Organization: Highly organized and driven, capable of managing multiple creative deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing detail.
