Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist

Summary:

The Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist will lead the development and execution of visual content, branding, and digital marketing initiatives to support business development and corporate growth. This role combines hands-on design work with coordination of external creative resources, including freelancers, photographers, and videographers.

The ideal candidate brings strong creative skills, proven experience in managing digital content production, and the ability to translate technical products into compelling visual and marketing assets.

This role reports directly to the Sr. Administrator, who will provide direction, prioritize workload, and oversee execution of all marketing and creative initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality digital and print marketing assets (brochures, tradeshow materials, presentations, product packaging, and website content).
• Develop and publish marketing content, including articles, newsletters, and other digital communications.
• Own and manage company’s LinkedIn presence, including content planning, posting, and engagement for all company activities and events.
• Support tradeshows and events through creation of marketing materials, booth visuals and promotional content.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Engineering to translate technical concepts into clear, market-ready messaging and visuals.
• Oversee photo and video production, including planning, direction, and post-production.
• Monitor and optimize digital marketing performance, including campaign effectiveness and engagement metrics.
• Maintain organized libraries of marketing assets, templates, and brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Microsoft PowerPoint, Word.
• Hands-on experience with social media content creation and management.
• Exceptional attention to detail with proven accuracy in work output.
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Experience working in B2B, industrial, aerospace, or technical environments is a strong plus.
