Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist

Job Title: Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across retail and online channels
  • Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing and paid advertising campaigns
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics related to traffic, conversion, and sales growth
  • Manage marketplace performance across major e-commerce platforms, optimizing listings and creatives
  • Create engaging social media content including videos, reels, product demos, and graphics
  • Manage social media platforms including content planning, posting, and audience engagement
  • Design and implement retail planograms to optimize product placement and visibility
  • Develop in-store branding materials including POS, signage, and promotional displays
  • Design marketing assets such as banners, catalogues, brochures, and digital creatives
  • Ensure brand consistency across retail, digital, and marketing channels
  • Coordinate with international brands for assets, approvals, and product launches
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support retail activations and promotional campaigns
  • Track, analyze, and report performance to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement

Requirements (Skills & Competencies)

  • Strong expertise in graphic design, visual merchandising, and planogram creation
  • Proven ability to create high-quality social media and digital content (videos, reels, graphics)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid advertising, and campaign optimization
  • Solid knowledge of e-commerce performance metrics and conversion improvement strategies
  • Experience managing e-commerce marketplace advertising along with a strong understanding of pricing, platform mechanics, and conversion optimization
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand aesthetics

Qualifications (Experience & Background)

  • Bachelor’s degree / diploma in marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Merchandising, Communications, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, content creation, social media, or retail branding
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Hands-on experience in graphic design, photography, videography, and video editing
  • Strong portfolio showcasing marketing creatives, planograms, and branding work

Experience in toys, baby products, or consumer goods industry preferred

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
