Marketing Graphic Designer

Portfolio submission is a MUST in consideration for Interviews. (This is an onsite position)

The Marketing Graphic Designer will be responsible for executing digital, print, packaging, and e-commerce graphics in alignment with established brand style guides. This role is production-focused, ensuring high-quality visual assets are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong, responsive to feedback, and capable of supporting marketing initiatives through design execution and video editing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing and promotional assets for print, digital, packaging, and e-commerce.
  • Create product banners, labels, POP materials, packaging artwork, catalogs, and sales visuals based on brand guidelines.
  • Design social media content including posts, stories, short-form videos, and paid ads.
  • Develop Amazon listing images, A+ content, brand story visuals, and e-commerce graphics.
  • Support company websites and online stores (Amazon, Shopify, Magento) through visual updates and asset uploads.
  • Edit and format short marketing videos for social media and digital advertising.
  • Manage multiple design requests while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Organize design files, versions, and exports for internal and external use.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute campaign visuals and product launches.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, medical, or e-commerce industries.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro is strongly preferred.
  • Strong execution skills with a sharp eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency.
  • Ability to work efficiently within existing brand systems and guidelines.
  • Comfortable receiving direction and implementing feedback quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Amazon, Shopify, and social media platforms from a design execution standpoint.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

  • Packaging Artwork Design/Catalog Design: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Social Media Content Design: 3 years (Preferred)
