We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Associate — a creative hustler who’ll work directly with the Founder to bring ideas to life. You’ll be at the center of everything: marketing, content, design, research, and execution. If you’re the kind of person who thrives on making things happen, this is your stage.

What You’ll Do

Marketing & Campaigns

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital and offline marketing campaigns — from social media to on-ground activations.
• Own the brand’s online voice: create engaging social media strategies and ensure consistent communication.
• Work on Meta Ads, influencer campaigns, collaborations, and event promotions.
• Track campaign performance, pull insights, and experiment with new growth ideas.

Design & Content Creation

• Conceptualize and design creative content for Instagram, Meta Ads, flyers, menus, and event branding.
• Collaborate with photographers, video editors, and agencies for shoot planning and production.
• Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and storytelling tone across all visuals and platforms.
• Keep up with design trends and creative innovations in the F&B and lifestyle space.

Market & Competitor Research

• Deep dive into what other restaurant and F&B brands are doing — marketing, menus, packaging, pricing.
• Explore new suppliers, vendors, and marketing partners to strengthen the brand’s ecosystem.
• Identify untapped opportunities and present data-driven recommendations to the Founder.

Execution & Coordination

• Act as the Founder’s right hand — from marketing execution to vendor management.
• Manage communication between internal teams, freelancers, and external agencies.
• Handle everything from campaign timelines to supplier follow-ups and event setup.
• Basically — make sure things move fast, stay on-brand, and get done.

Who You Are

• You’re creative + organized — equally comfortable brainstorming reels or managing vendors.
• You love food, marketing, and aesthetics, and can spot what makes something go viral.
• You take initiative, move fast, and get things done without constant supervision.
• You can switch between strategy and scrappiness — plan like a marketer, execute like a doer.
• You’re curious, analytical, and obsessed with making brands grow.

Skills That’ll Help You Win

• Strong grasp of Instagram, Meta Ads, Canva/Photoshop/Figma, and content planning tools.
• Basic understanding of marketing analytics and campaign performance tracking.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or startup marketing is a huge plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or similar fields.
