Marketing & Growth Manager (French/ German/ Spanish Speakers)

Salary: AED 12,000 – 15,000 per month

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives across multiple business verticals.

This role requires a hands-on professional with proven experience managing full-spectrum marketing functions, including digital campaigns, networking initiatives, and event-based marketing within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, email, and content marketing)
• Lead and manage networking-driven marketing initiatives and partnerships
• Organize and execute business events, meetups, and engagement activities
• Represent the company on professional networking platforms and communities
• Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and membership growth
• Create and oversee marketing content, branding, and promotional materials
• Ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance
• Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven track record in a full-spectrum marketing role (digital, events, and brand marketing)
• Prior experience independently managing end-to-end marketing functions
• Minimum 2–4 years of UAE marketing managerial experience (mandatory)
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the UAE
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms

Preferred Profile

• Exposure to European markets or professional background is highly preferred
• Experience in structured networking environments such as BNI or similar platforms
