Marketing growth specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Growth Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is sales and business development — identifying, reaching, and converting potential clients from different industries into long-term partners for our digital marketing services.

As part of the team, you will play a key role in expanding Rinoware’s client base and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients across multiple industries.
• Pitch Rinoware Digital Media’s digital marketing services (social media, paid ads, SEO, branding, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored marketing solutions.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales (preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency).
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, etc.).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Passion for building networks and closing deals.
