Marketing & Growth Specialist

We are hiring a Marketing & Growth Specialist to help us automate and scale our go-to-market operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll work directly with our Co-founder and Marketing team to design AI-driven workflows, run high-impact outbound campaigns and building brand presence while having freedom to learn, experiment, and grow fast.

Role – Marketing & Growth Specialist

Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai – Right next to WEH Metro Station for easy access.

Experience: 1-2 years

Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA – Uncapped growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing collaterals to support outreach across channels.

· Stay updated on new AI tools, GTM tactics, and automation hacks to improve lead funnel efficiency.

• Research accounts and prospects using enrichment platforms and AI tools.
• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns (email, LinkedIn, other channels) using automation tools and Ai prompts
• Monitor & track campaign performance closely and keep dashboards and reports up to date.
• Build and manage brand presence on LinkedIn and other platforms to drive awareness and top-of-funnel leads.

Who Are We Looking For?

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing Operations roles.
• Hands-on experience with CRM & automation platforms (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Walaaxy, Lusha, etc.).
• Basic AI skills — using ChatGPT or similar tools for prompts, research, outreach and design creation.
• Strong written communication skills for crafting and tweaking outreach campaigns and posts.
• Strong problem-solving & experimentation mindset. Willing to try new hacks/tools to improve results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
