Job Summary:
Mystic Advertising is seeking a Growth Specialist / Business Development Specialist to drive new business opportunities and support the agency’s growth. This role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships within the digital advertising and performance marketing space.
The ideal candidate is confident in sales conversations, understands digital marketing services, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
Job Location:
Business Bay – Churchill Towers, Dubai
Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with Mystic Advertising’s services
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach, inbound inquiries, and partnerships
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals, needs, and challenges
- Present Mystic Advertising’s services and value proposition to prospective clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and growth strategies
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and manage sales pipelines
- Track and report on KPIs such as leads, conversions, and revenue growth
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential client segments
- Suggest improvements to sales processes and client acquisition strategies
Required:
- 3–4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or growth roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of digital marketing or advertising services
- Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities
- Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
Preferred:
- Experience in an advertising or marketing agency
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Knowledge of performance marketing, paid media, or growth strategies
