Job Purpose:
The Marketing Head will lead the brand’s marketing strategy with a strong focus on international guest acquisition and global brand positioning. The role requires a proven leader who understands luxury/wellness markets and can effectively manage both domestic and international marketing initiatives to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute domestic and international marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build strong brand positioning in global markets, targeting wellness travelers, corporates, and high-value guests.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, SEM, influencer collaborations) with an international reach.
- Plan and implement global PR, partnerships, and trade campaigns to attract international guests.
- Collaborate with sales teams to design promotional packages and seasonal offers for international clientele.
- Represent the brand in international trade shows, wellness expos, and networking events.
- Establish partnerships with overseas travel agencies, corporates, and wellness communities.
- Monitor global market trends, competitor strategies, and guest insights to refine marketing approaches.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team for efficient execution of campaigns.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget with focus on ROI from international and domestic markets.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven expertise in International Marketing, preferably in luxury hospitality or wellness.
- Strong knowledge of global digital marketing, branding, and PR strategies.
- Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
- Ability to design and implement campaigns that appeal to international guests.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to measure and optimize performance.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing / International Business / Business Administration.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing or International Marketing preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Marketing.
- At least 3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
- Mandatory: International Marketing experience in premium properties (luxury hotels, resorts, or wellness brands).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
