Key Responsibilities:

• Head and manage the overall marketing strategy for all verticals (Tours, Air Tickets, Medical Tourism, Forex & Visa Services)
• Develop and execute brand-building, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, email marketing)
• Oversee offline marketing activities including hoardings, flyers, partnerships, and events
• Coordinate closely with Sales teams to generate quality leads and improve conversions
• Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and customer acquisition costs
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal utilization
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team and external agencies
• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
• Strengthen company presence across online platforms and marketplaces
• Create marketing calendars, promotional offers, and seasonal campaigns
• Prepare MIS reports, analytics dashboards, and presentations for management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred
• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in travel, tourism, or service industry
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and performance marketing
• Experience in brand management and lead-driven marketing
• Excellent communication, creative thinking, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
• Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting tools

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in travel agency, tour operator, or medical tourism company
• Proven record of scaling marketing operations and increasing revenue
• Ability to manage multiple brands/services under one umbrella
