Job Summary

Encanto Technologies LLP is looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Head – IT to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT services marketing, digital strategies, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for IT services

Lead brand positioning, demand generation, and market expansion initiatives

Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing)

Drive B2B lead generation and support the sales/business development team

Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights

Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively

Oversee content marketing, website performance, and online presence

Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team

Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports for management

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of experience in IT marketing or related roles

Strong understanding of IT services (Software, Web, Digital Solutions, SaaS)

Proven experience in B2B marketing and lead generation

Expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms

Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills

Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in handling global or enterprise-level IT clients

Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms

Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
