As a fast-growing lifestyle brand, JAF is expanding across retail kiosks, digital platforms, and influencer-driven marketing.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident, creative, and strategic female Marketing Head to lead the marketing vision of JAF Perfumes. This role will be responsible for brand growth, campaign execution, influencer marketing, retail support, and digital expansion while maintaining JAF’s premium brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with JAF Perfumes’ brand vision
• Lead brand positioning, storytelling, and product launch campaigns
• Plan and manage digital marketing activities (Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads, Google Ads, influencer collaborations)
• Oversee influencer, celebrity, and PR campaigns to strengthen brand presence
• Support retail kiosks and stores with promotions, visuals, and sales-driven campaigns
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the fragrance and lifestyle space
• Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and creative agencies
• Lead and mentor the marketing team (content, performance, design)
• Track KPIs, campaign performance, and submit regular reports to management

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5–8 years of marketing experience, with leadership exposure
• Strong understanding of luxury / lifestyle / FMCG branding
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing and influencer management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Creative mindset with strong analytical ability
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines

Preferred (Strong Plus):

• Experience in perfumes, beauty, fashion, or luxury brands
• Experience working with Instagram influencers and content creators
• Retail and kiosk marketing experience
• Knowledge of Pakistani consumer behavior and trends
