Marketing Head
Job Summary
The Marketing Head is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the school’s marketing, branding, and admissions strategies. The role focuses on increasing student enrollment, enhancing brand visibility, and strengthening community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with school objectives.
- Create branding strategies to position the school competitively.
- Set enrollment targets and marketing KPIs.
2. Admissions & Enrollment Growth
- Design and manage student recruitment campaigns.
- Oversee admissions marketing materials (brochures, presentations, website content).
- Analyze enrollment trends and market data to improve outreach strategies.
3. Digital Marketing & Online Presence
- Manage the school website and ensure updated content.
- Oversee social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan and execute digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid ads).
- Monitor online reputation and respond to reviews.
4. Brand Management
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
- Develop promotional materials and oversee creative design.
- Manage PR activities, media relations, and press releases.
5. Event & Community Engagement
- Plan and promote school events, open houses, and exhibitions.
- Build partnerships with local organizations and community groups.
- Represent the school at education fairs and networking events.
6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct competitor benchmarking.
- Identify new market opportunities.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
7. Budget Management
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget.
- Track ROI on campaigns and optimize spending.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven track record in enrollment growth.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
