Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven and creative Digital Marketing Head to lead internal operations and manage a team of graphic designers, video editors, and content creators. This role involves overseeing daily workflow, ensuring quality output, driving strategy, and developing strong campaign ideas for clients across industries.
You will work closely with the Founder to streamline processes, improve team performance, and build impactful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Operations: Lead and manage the internal creative team (graphic designers, video editors, content writers). Allocate work, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of all projects. Implement workflows, SOPs, and best practices for smooth operations. Review creative output to maintain quality and brand consistency. Resolve team issues and ensure a high-performance, collaborative work environment. Strategy & Ideation:

Create digital marketing strategies for clients—branding, campaigns, social media, content, and performance marketing. Develop monthly content calendars, campaign themes, and creative ideas. Work with the founder to conceptualize high-impact marketing campaigns. Client & Project Management (If required) Understand client goals and translate them into clear creative briefs for the team. Coordinate between clients and teams for seamless project execution. Ensure client satisfaction and handle escalations professionally. Performance & Growth:

Track performance of campaigns and provide insights. Improve team skills through feedback, training, and guidance. Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and marketing best practices. Requirements:

3-6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment. Strong team leadership and internal operations management skills. Understanding of social media, branding, content, paid ads, design basics, and video content. Ability to ideate and execute creative campaigns. Excellent communication and decision-making skills. Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
