About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Head to own and scale our online marketing and lead generation efforts, primarily in B2C, with some B2B exposure.
This role is hands-on and performance-driven, not purely strategic. You will be responsible for driving qualified leads, optimizing conversion funnels, and turning data into decisions.
You will work closely with leadership and sales to ensure marketing efforts directly impact revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Own the overall online marketing strategy across paid ads, SEO, CRM, and email
- Design and optimize conversion funnels (traffic → lead → MQL → SQL → customer)
- Define target audiences, lead qualification criteria (MQL / SQL), and offers
- Align marketing efforts with sales goals and pipeline needs
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Manage and grow SEO and organic traffic
- Drive lead generation for B2C initiatives
- Continuously optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL), conversion rates, and lead quality
CRM, Email & Nurturing
- Own CRM setup and optimization (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Design and execute email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns
- Improve lead-to-customer conversion through segmentation and automation
Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
- Set up and manage tracking (pixels, events, UTMs, conversion tracking)
- Analyze campaign performance and funnel metrics
- Clearly explain numbers, trends, and insights to non-marketing stakeholders
- Build and maintain dashboards and regular performance reports
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
- Strong experience in online / performance marketing
- Proven ability to manage lead generation funnels
- Deep understanding of:
- Conversion funnels
- Lead qualification (MQL, SQL)
- Cost Per Lead (CPL) and ROI
- Experience with tracking and analytics (GA4, pixels, events, UTMs)
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms
- Highly analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain data clearly and logically
Tools & Platforms (hands-on experience required)
- Paid Ads: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Analytics & Tracking: Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager
- CRM & Email: HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, or similar
- SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent
- Landing pages & funnels: Webflow, Unbounce, Leadpages, or similar
Nice-to-Have
- Experience managing both B2C and B2B funnels
- Experience working with sales teams and revenue targets
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a marketing team
- A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience
Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
