We're Hiring: Head of Marketing | Pune | Senior Leadership Role

A reputed and trusted name in the jewellery retail industry is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead its next phase of brand growth and customer engagement.

Location: Pune

Position: Head of Marketing (Senior Role)

Experience: 12+ years in marketing with strong leadership and retail brand experience

Who We’re Looking For:

A strategic thinker with deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing

Proven track record in building and scaling premium/luxury retail brands

Strong leadership skills to manage a team and collaborate across departments

Experience in customer acquisition, brand building, campaign management, and PR

Knowledge of regional market dynamics (especially Pune/Maharashtra) is a strong plus

What You’ll Lead:

Brand strategy and positioning

Multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, in-store, events, print, etc.)

Customer loyalty and engagement programs

Performance tracking and ROI-driven decisions

Close collaboration with founders and leadership for business growth
