Job Description:
We are hiring a Marketing Head to lead and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for real estate projects. The role involves brand building, lead generation, campaign planning, and driving sales through digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for residential/commercial projects
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, portals, social media)
• Manage branding, creatives, site branding, and promotional activities
• Generate and optimize leads in coordination with the sales team
• Handle marketing budgets, vendors, and agencies
• Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and market trends
• Support project launches, events, and channel partner engagement

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Marketing Head / Senior Marketing Manager in real estate
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead funnels, and branding
• Experience with property portals, CRM, and analytics tools
• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
• Strategic mindset with execution capability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹175,000.00 per month
