Marketing Intern

About the program

This internship is a full-time, 12-week program (40 hours per week) running from May through August. Interns will gain hands-on professional experience by contributing to meaningful projects that have a direct impact on the business. The program will conclude with a presentation to the senior leadership team, highlighting both the project outcomes and the overall internship experience. Throughout the summer, interns will also gain broad exposure to the organization and its operations.

What You’ll Do:

The Marketing Intern is responsible for providing administrative support to the senior living marketing and sales function by generating reports and presentations, preparing expense reports, managing meetings, assembling training materials, and supporting other marketing and sales programs.

Provides support to corporate marketing and community marketing teams

• Assists with content auditing
• Assists with website maintenance
• Develops content calendars
• Creates visual content for several marketing tactics
• Contribute to real projects that will be implemented within the organization
• Collaborate with leaders and team members across departments
• Participate in professional development and networking opportunities
• Present your project and summer experience to the senior leadership team at the conclusion of the internship
Gain a broad understanding of our industry and operations through mentorship, training, and shadowing opportunities

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program
• Strong communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills

Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the 12-week program
