Role Overview:

As a Sales and Marketing Intern at Marconix Sales Solutions, you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting our sales and marketing teams in executing strategies that drive business success. Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

- Support lead generation activities, including prospecting and qualifying leads.

- Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases and CRM systems.

- Participate in sales meetings and provide administrative support to the sales team.

- Assist in tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics.

Marketing Support:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, content marketing).

- Support content creation, including writing blog posts, social media content, and marketing collateral.

- Help manage and update the company’s website and social media profiles.

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth.

- Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and trade shows.

- Help monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Collaboration and Learning:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

- Attend training sessions and workshops to develop relevant skills.

- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve processes and strategies.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Strong interest in sales and marketing with a desire to learn and grow.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
