Marketing Intern

Overview

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Brand Marketing, the Marketing Intern will play a key role in supporting brand campaigns, press initiatives, retail marketing activations, and communication strategies across the Americas. This role requires strong organizational and project management skills, creativity, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Your Impact

Brand

  • Support the creation and management of 360° calendars, campaign launch plans, and brand performance reports to align internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of brand campaigns and events.

Media

  • Help track and manage media activities including planning, budgeting, and asset delivery.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices.

Press, Comms, & Talent

  • Assist in the execution of PR and press campaigns.
  • Deliver press kits, assets, and materials to editors and agency partners.
  • Curate and manage talent seeding lists for brand, cultural and seasonal moments.
  • Organize and distribute samples and gifts for VIPs and talent partners.

Retail Communications

  • Support marketing plans for new store openings and select retail activations in collaboration with local teams and CRM.
  • Distribute campaign and seasonal assets to the store network.
  • Assist in organizing local photoshoots and editorial content for brand and cultural moments.
  • Monitor competitor activities with CRM and prepare monthly competitive reports.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.

  • Highly motivated, curious, and proactive.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Creative mindset with an interest in fashion, luxury, and the arts (preferred).

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift/carry up to 20 lbs. occasionally.
  • Frequent keyboard use and seated work.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, Moncler includes a reasonable estimate of the salary rate range for this role. This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $25.00 per hour.

In addition to competitive pay,  the hired candidate will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including  medical, dental, vision, and short and long-term disability, 11 paid holidays, accrue up to 80 hours of paid vacation time, 2 personal days, employee discounts, and a retirement plan with employer contribution (paid time off is prorated based on start date).

The position requires 5 days per week on site in the Moncler Corporate Office, located in the heart of Soho, Manhattan.
