We’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Intern to join our Edison office. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand growth across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and email.
• Create engaging content such as blogs, newsletters, case studies, social posts, and videos.
• Design marketing visuals and short videos using Canva, CapCut, InShot, or AI tools.
• Manage Dimcon’s online presence — track engagement, schedule posts, and monitor performance metrics.
• Support podcasts, webinars, and live sessions; assist with event coordination and logistics.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to brainstorm and launch creative campaigns.
• Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness using analytics dashboards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fresh graduate (or senior year student) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and design aesthetics.
• Basic understanding of AI tools, SEO, or social analytics is a plus.
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

Base Pay: $21.71 - $26.15 per hour
