MARKETING INTERN

A Marketing Intern in the fashion industry assists the marketing team in executing campaigns, promoting the brand, and engaging with the target audience. Here’s a job description for a Marketing Intern:

1. Social Media Management:

  • Assist in managing and updating the brand’s social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok).
  • Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, and reels, to promote products and campaigns.
  • Monitor social media accounts for trends, comments, and direct messages, and engage with the audience.

2. Content Creation:

  • Assist in creating visual and written content for marketing campaigns, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Help with photoshoots and video content creation, including styling, editing, and post-production.

3. Market Research:

  • Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
  • Compile reports and present findings to the marketing team.

4. Campaign Support:

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Assist in coordinating with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors for collaborations and partnerships.

5. Email Marketing:

  • Assist in the creation and distribution of email newsletters and promotional campaigns.
  • Help with segmenting email lists and tracking campaign performance.

6. Event Planning and Coordination:

  • Assist in organizing and promoting events such as fashion shows, pop-up shops, and product launches.
  • Help with event logistics, including invitations, setup, and on-site support.

7. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze the performance of social media posts, campaigns, and other marketing activities.
  • Prepare reports on key metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates.

8. Branding and Visual Merchandising:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
  • Support the visual merchandising team with in-store displays, window setups, and other branding initiatives.

9. Customer Engagement:

  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews on social media and e-commerce platforms.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments, ensuring a positive brand experience.

10. Administrative Support:

  • Handle various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining marketing databases.
  • Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Fashion, Communications, or a related field.
  • Passion for fashion and a strong interest in marketing.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs15,000.00 per month
