Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing sales & marketing strategies.
• Identify and connect with potential clients via calls, emails, meetings, and site visits.
• Support in building strong relationships with customers (residential & commercial).
• Help understand customer energy needs and suggest suitable solar solutions.
• Contribute to lead generation, follow-ups, and deal closures.
• Stay updated on solar products and market trends.
• Prepare basic sales reports and track competitor activity.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM tools a plus.
• Good communication, negotiation & presentation skills (English & Hindi).
• Passion for sales and interest in solar/renewable energy (preferred).
• Willing to travel for field visits; having a valid driving license (own vehicle is a bonus).
