Marketing Intern Job Description

Location: Primarily in-person at our Sutton, MA clinic (with periodic travel to other clinic locations in Hopkinton, Northborough, Shrewsbury, and Southborough as needed)Reports To: Director of Marketing

About Us:Concierge Physical Therapy is a family and Doctor of PT-owned outpatient practice with five locations (and growing!) across Central Massachusetts. We believe in treating the whole person, not just the injury. We do this by combining traditional physical therapy with cutting-edge wellness services like dry needling, shockwave therapy, golf performance rehab, infrared saunas, and more.

We’re a fast-growing, collaborative team looking for a creative, organized, and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join us! This is a great opportunity for a marketing or communications student who wants real-world experience in content creation, video editing, and design while working in a supportive, health-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and edit engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Assist with filming and editing short videos (reels, interviews, wellness tips, etc.)
• Design flyers, digital graphics, and other marketing materials using Canva
• Help coordinate and promote local events, workshops, and wellness programs
• Ensure each of our five clinics has the materials they need for day-to-day marketing and outreach or special events as needed
• Collaborate with two other PT student interns on content planning and production
• Bring fresh, creative ideas to help grow our brand and community engagement
• Any additional tasks and projects as communicated

Who You Are:

• Is currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
• Has experience with video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) and graphic design (Canva or Adobe Suite)
• Knows their way around social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Has strong writing and communication skills
• Is detail-oriented, reliable, and a self-starter
• Has reliable transportation to travel between clinic locations as needed
• Is available to work during winter and summer breaks (with potential to continue part-time long-term)
• Has an interest in health, fitness, or wellness—big plus!

Job Details:

• Approximately 10-15 hours per week
• In-person at our Sutton clinic (with occasional travel to other locations)
• Paid internship; $15.00 per hour
• Potential opportunity to grow into a regular part-time marketing position

Job Type: Internship

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
