Job Description :
Ideally located in San Diego, CA, to help with events 1-2 times per month at our Clairemont office.
Reporting to Mitchell's director of marketing, the Marketing Intern will support initiatives for the Auto Physical Damage (APD) division, internal and industry events, lead generation activities, and department operations. You'll have the opportunity to own projects, interact with different organizations, and be mentored by marketing professionals.

Example Projects:
  • Develop professional PowerPoint presentations in collaboration with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Sales
  • Assist with product launch and promotional activities
  • Update email templates, campaign information, and records in Salesforce/Pardot
  • Support internal events and coordinate division's participation in tradeshows
  • Contribute to social media initiatives (LinkedIn and Facebook) and AI optimization for business processes
Qualifications:
Education & Availability:
  • Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • GPA of 3.3 or higher
  • Graduating in Summer/Fall 2026 or Spring 2027
  • Available full-time (40 hours/week) for 12 weeks during Summer 2026
Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Detail-oriented with an eye for design
  • Team player willing to take initiative on projects
  • Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification
  • Adaptable to virtual work and cross-functional collaboration
Technical Skills (Preferred):
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Interest in learning CRM and marketing automation tools (Pardot and Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with survey software (SurveyMonkey)
  • Exposure to AI tools (CoPilot, ChatGPT)
  • Basic analytical and organizational skills

Benefits:
Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position is $25 per hour and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
