About the Role

Operexa Pvt Ltd is looking for a creative, motivated, and ambitious Business Development & Marketing Intern to join our growing team. This role is ideal for students, fresh graduates, or individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in business development, digital marketing, client outreach, branding, and lead generation.

The intern will work closely with the management team and assist in expanding the company’s online presence, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting business growth strategies.

This internship offers practical exposure to international business operations and modern marketing techniques while working in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

• Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, social media, and online platforms
• Assist in client communication and follow-ups
• Help prepare business proposals, presentations, and outreach messages
• Support partnership and collaboration efforts
• Maintain lead and client records using spreadsheets or CRM tools

Marketing

• Assist in social media marketing and content posting
• Help create marketing ideas and promotional campaigns
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Support branding and digital marketing activities
• Assist in creating marketing materials, captions, and basic promotional content
• Help improve company visibility across online platforms

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English
• Interest in business development, marketing, or sales
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and email communication
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding
• Good research and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, professional, and eager to learn
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Students or fresh graduates in Business, Marketing, Management, Media, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of Canva, social media tools, or content creation is a plus
• Previous internship/freelance experience is an advantage but not required
