The PO Management Associate supports Global Travel Retail (GTR) operations by managing purchase orders, contracts, and compliance across international duty-free locations. The role ensures accurate financial execution, operational efficiency, and adherence to GTR standards, supporting flawless activations and merchandising execution.
Requirements

Manage end-to-end purchase order processes, including creation, approvals, vendor coordination, and payment follow-ups.

Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and bonded warehouses to ensure timely goods receipt and customs compliance.

Maintain PO records, budget trackers, and contract documentation in line with GTR financial controls.

Support execution compliance through reporting, KPI tracking, and quality checks of in-store activations.

Ensure merchandising execution aligns with global standards, planograms, and airport regulations.

Support market and competitor insights in collaboration with Trade Marketing and Activation teams.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in PO management, operations, or trade marketing within retail or travel retail.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple markets.

Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
