Marketing and IT specialist
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are seeking a Marketing & Vendor Management Specialist with strong expertise in digital marketing, vendor coordination, and IT systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing vendors across marketing, IT infrastructure, and construction projects, and ensuring cost-effective, timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage vendor communications, contracts, and performance across marketing, Social Media, IT, and CCTV.
· Coordinate procurement and supervise subcontractors for IT hardware, CCTV, access control, and server room installations.
· Oversee digital marketing, SEO strategies, and content creation with third-party agencies.
· Conducted site visits, documented progress (drone/time-lapse), and provided media support for project updates.
· Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards during vendor audits and procurement.
· Liaise with internal teams to streamline project deliverables, documentation, progress video & photos and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills
Graduates in Marketing / B.Tech in Computer Science or related field.
4+ years’ experience in vendor management & digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of SEO, WordPress, Google Analytics, and digital tools.
Familiarity with IT systems: Enterprise Server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, VPN, PABX, CCTV.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project coordination skills.
Certifications in HubSpot (Content & Social Media), Adobe Premiere Pro, and Drone Operations (preferred).
