Rich Chocolatier, Qatar’s leading luxury artisanal chocolate brand, is seeking a highly creative and hands-on Marketing Lead to drive the brand’s growth through content creation, digital marketing, brand storytelling, and social media strategy.

This is a solo marketing role — ideal for someone who is both strategic and execution-focused, with strong skills in photography, videography, and Instagram/TikTok Reels creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end marketing and brand presence of Rich Chocolatier.
  • Create high-quality photo and video content (reels, product shots, behind-the-scenes).
  • Develop and manage the brand’s Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, product launches, promotions, and seasonal content.
  • Develop creative brand storytelling aligned with luxury positioning.
  • Collaborate on packaging, events, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
  • Analyze performance and optimize content & engagement.
  • Represent the brand image with exceptional taste and attention to luxury details.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in luxury, F&B, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong content creation skills — photography, videography, and reels editing (MUST).
  • Deep understanding of Instagram & TikTok trends, luxury branding, and Arabic/Gulf market style.
  • Fluent in English — Arabic is a strong plus.
  • Creative mindset with aesthetic eye for luxury visuals.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.
